Commitment to support the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact

Our company solemnly promises to support the ten principles advocated by the United Nations Global Compact in the fields of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, fully implement them into the company's strategy, operations, and culture, and incorporate the United Nations Global Compact and its principles into the decision-making process of management, actively participate in partnerships, and recommend the achievement of broader development goals.

We have put in hard work in the market, environment, workplace, and community to implement the principles of the Global Compact. We accept, support, and implement a set of core values related to human rights, labor standards, environment, and anti-corruption within the scope of our company's influence.

Human rights. Principle 1: The business community should respect and uphold internationally recognized human rights;

Principle 2: Never participate in any behavior that disregards or tramples on human rights.

Labor standards. Principle 3: The business community should uphold freedom of association and recognize the right to collective bargaining between labor and capital;

Principle 4: Eliminate all forms of forced labor;

Principle 5: Eliminate child labor;

Principle 6: Eliminate any discriminatory behavior in employment and occupation.

environment Principle 7: The business community is proactive in responding to environmental challenges;

Principle 8: Actively increase responsibility for environmental protection;

Principle 9: Encourage the development and promotion of environmentally friendly technologies.

Anti corruption. Principle 10: Enterprises should oppose various forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery.

We continue to pay attention to and invest in implementing the principles of the Global Compact, and as our efforts continue to move forward, our next goal will be to partner in the value chain. We will influence our partners in our own way to ensure they also adhere to the principles of the Global Compact. We believe that we are by no means an isolated island in implementing the principles of the Global Compact, and the pursuit of "globalization" of the Global Compact is precisely the goal of our further efforts.
